Here’s what you fundamentally need to be a kickass Product Owner & Business Analyst at Getir:
Responsibilities
- Work directly with scrum teams as a Product Owner
- Work with stakeholders to understand the business objectives and translate these into requirements to create the product roadmap
- Shape and refine the requirements to achieve a final technology/business solution
- Work closely with the design team to plan and prioritise design activities
- Identify customer problems, ensure we are 100% customer centric, ensure our product decisions are data-driven
- Support user research team members for getting efficient user feedback
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project
- Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, including dependencies and priorities based on the overall strategy
- Implement and orchestrate developer sprints
- Have an active role in mitigating impediments impacting completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Support testing and review QA test results as a part of the UAT
- Facilitate in providing estimates for user stories, bug fixes, etc.
- Attend and participate in agile practices
- Follow competitor developments and the industry
